About Bridgett

Bridgett Campbell is a compassionate and dedicated Yoga Therapist. Her own personal experience with yoga began in 2017 as a means of navigating the depths of grief and anxiety, with the hope of finding solace after her father died from suicide. It was during this challenging time that she discovered the profound impact that yoga had on her mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Yoga became her sanctuary—a space where she could find ease, connection, and healing. Through the practices of mindful movement, breathwork, and meditation, she experienced a profound shift in her own mental health and discovered a renewed sense of purpose and inner strength. Inspired by this transformation, she felt a deep calling to share the life-changing power of yoga with others who may be walking their own path of healing.

Her journey led her to obtain an extensive 865-hour training as a Yoga Therapist in 2022, which equipped her with the knowledge and tools to guide others on their own healing journeys. She has a deep understanding of the challenges that come with grief, loss, and mental health struggles. She is committed to providing a safe and nurturing space for individuals to explore their healing potential.

Her mission is to help empower others to be able to find resilience, balance, and joy in their own lives. She believes that given the right tools and support anyone can connect to the strength within them to endure anything life puts in their path so they can enjoy more moments of ease.
